We collect information about you when you register with us via website, calling to book an appointment, making an enquiry, visiting us, and completing a consultation form.
We also collect information when you voluntarily provide feedback and participate in competitions.
We store this information on our system such as Mail Chimp and Client Central. We also hold paper consultation records in a locked filing cabinet with restricted key access.
For secure payments we currently use – Card Saver, Go Card less and Stripe payments.

Our newsletters sent by E – Mail and our face book page may include, a personal note from Jack, client success stories, offers, information and tips on health and wellness, exercises, advice, news and any service updates.
We take an email address and phone number when booking an appointment, for appointment reminders of which are automatically system sent.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the bottom of any email which is sent to you.
